Thank you! I’m getting so sick of these staunch Tesla defenders like that company can do no wrong just because it’s Tesla... They didn’t have to name it “Autopilot” but instead “Drive Assist”. But no... They wanted to be “futuristic” way too early in the game and their fans are lapping it up like little fucking

“Autopilot is intended for use only with a fully attentive driver,” a Tesla spokesperson said.

Better driver how? At avoiding straight-ahead collisions?

Well... so far it’s;

1970 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28: 0-60 in 5.8, 1/4 mile in 14.2 @ 100.3 mph, per Car and Driver, May 1970

I used to think that what I wanted in life (or at least, for my daily) was a classic musclecar restomod - classic musclecar looks on the outside, modern driveline and appliances on the inside. ‘Cause I want it to go fast, corner, stop, and I’m not putting up with the summer without AC.

It’s odd in that in the past 5 years or so, restomods and original survivor cars have seemed to trade places.

This problem starts and ends with boomers. Once they all die off demand for cars like this will go down.

I’m very excited for the day when our generation is spending six figures on, like, a “third off the line” Honda Prelude SH at auction.

I think you may need to unfold your map one more time. Also it may be interesting to note that Alaska is not actually the island off the coast of Texas, like it looks.

By about 1975, most 69 Camaros looked like that.....

The same effect can be had without the unnecessary antibiotic dose by spreading a glob of vaseline around your nostrils and right under your nose. I learned this trick from a respiratory therapist years ago.

Looks like it might work pretty well, but it ate right through that girl’s fender. Must be some really nasty stuff!

Joe Dirt recommends PAM cooking spray.

I can’t think of a single reason I’d need these over plastic zip ties, but I still feel like I should buy them...

1. WTF? I’ve never seen such a technical post on jalopnik in my life. Perfect fit for the normal forums, but intense for the typical reader

2. I think getting to the part where its only a $10 part to replace is even better IMHO, especially since the real cause can be some other things... like the grease getting dry (GM
