I don’t have a problem with tax subsidies for corporations if they guarantee a certain number of jobs at specified salaries, and they have to give back the tax subsidies if they don’t follow through on those commitments.

I like the sound of a normally aspirated V8 too (I drive one), but this sounds like those people who install giant amplifiers in their cars so everything clips like crazy. That would sound good at about 8/10ths volume, but after that it just sounds awful.
