This activity is a sign of families with a lot of intelligence and persistence. They weren’t going to take no for an answer. In a way we should be celebrating these loving parents who clearly would do anything for their kids. It really comes down to family values and now more than ever we need that.

To be fair do we really know he would still be there? How would any of us ever know what was happening behind the scenes? I get the sentiment and as a Bears fan I’ve wondered it myself (or having Mahommes as a consolation prize) but there is no guarantee no other team wanted to move up for him.

Trump was right!  Athletes do just want cold hamburgers!

It sure did and I’m happy it did but there are higher percentage shots.  If that shot doesn’t fall how does the choice look then?  Pretty selfish and unwise.

To be fair that shot really was a bad shot. I’m super glad it went in but that’s a bad shot selection.

That’s the best defense I’ve ever heard for keeping the umps. Good job. I still lean towards computer run strike zone though as I think added offense isn’t a bad thing for the sport’s long term longevity. I love baseball but I’m not passing that love on to my kid because they think it’s boring even in person. It

Why not just change the rules and allow boosters to openly pay players? The universities will do nothing more than what they already are and boosters can openly pay players of any sport?  Major schools will always attract the top talent over smaller schools regardless if the payments are above or below the table so

Totally unrelated to this article other than he was a boxer but Tyson is really overrated. Arguing with a friend over his place in history got me fired up.  I’ve always viewed Tyson as someone with great potential but his lack of big wins always made me feel like he wasn’t one of the greats. I will say culturally he

Warning!!!!! Mind may be blown.

He didn’t want any of them to spill the beans on his master plan to not draft anyone and keep falling back and getting future picks. Eventually the Raiders will be able to draft the first 53 players in a draft and have a full roster of rookies who are all grinders.

Good Sir you are correct that even the lowest paid players are still compensated well compared to many in this world but they do take a physical beating that may leave them with long term medical concerns and the NFL isn’t like the military. They don’t take care of their veterans after they stop serving....wait.  I

Did this happen because I watched bi porn for the first time in months?  If so, I’m sorry everyone.  For what it’s worth I did achieve completion so at least there’s that.  Didn’t Jesus say to always look on the bright side of life even though life is a piece of shit if you look at it?

Common human decency isn’t a lot to ask. Being cold to your fellow human to save some cash isn’t justifiable for some. For some the cost of doing business should include being kind to your fellow man. Giving people a flight home and some time to find a new place and move isn’t asking a lot. For me at least I don’t

We live in a world where my first thought was it’s all coming from the UFC.  Pushing the envelope gets people talking.  Look at all of us.  So little feels real anymore.

Thank you so much Ms. Theisen for writing this. I am sharing it with others. As a father of a transgender girl I am hopeful that as time passes she will face fewer obstacles to just existing. I am grateful that she is growing up in this generation as she has faced less hate and discrimination compared to what she

You know what makes me the most sad? That there aren’t enough (any?) companies that choose being good over making money. Obviously the goal of businesses and working is to make money but wouldn’t it be wonderful if businesses actually bargained and acted in good faith to their employees, customers, and the world

Ha! So I’m a longtime fan of college and NFL football but I hadn’t watched a single minute of this league. Last night I was thinking to myself that I would check it out. How many others out there were but a week away from elevating the league to never before seen heights?

Why didn’t he just talk to him between innings and just let him know what was going to happen?  Is there an unwritten rule that if you talk to a pitcher with a no hitter on the line it will jinx it?

He would have never gotten injured in the first place if he just was wearing a pair of Big Baller basketball shoes.  That’s really the lesson we should all take from this.

South Central Wisconsin is no joke.  Stoughton’s no Baraboo but no city is.
