My number one memory of that show was what an asshole Kevin was. I was exactly the age of his character at the time, and pretty much despised him. Still watched the show though.

You’re being wrongfully ignorant of the distinction op is drawing. Any Emmy that Judge Judy could’ve won but did not win is an Emmy she lost.

No, it’s not.

For what it’s worth, the joke was obvious to me.

This, 100% and completely. Every time June gets to be a badass, it completely undercuts what came before.

Rather than be bad for the line workers, I think the likely outcome of tech like this is to reduce the number of managerial jobs. Just the next step in fast food companies “optimizing” their workforce, as they’ve been doing with line jobs for years.

don’t forget to alternate shouts of “SMASH” “BURGER” with each whack

Man, they’ve got Hasan Minhaj too? I’m still probably not going to watch this, but I’m getting more tempted.

OJ jokes were the nadir of American comedy.

So a gay panic joke?

Not exactly on point, but I hate cold ketchup on my fries.

I like ketchup on my burger, but there’s no way I’m applying it directly to the bun. That’s the last thing I want.

I don’t think OP really meant “current era” Culkin. I think he meant pre-rehab Culkin from, like, 10 years ago.

God, that’s terrible. And I like Norm MacDonald, mostly.

Sample bias.

Can someone explain the joke? What's the other possibility?

The bun doesn’t matter comment meant that there’s a wide range of buns that are equally successful, and that range includes mainly simple/standard buns rather than fancy/creative ones.

Or why not be able to watch a version where the video blinks on and off every 10 seconds?

Christ, what a bunch of whiners.

God, this guy is great. Even in a bad season of a series with some *amazing* performances (and some stinkers), Sobotka stands out as one of the best-acted characters of the entire run.
