I saw the headline and immediately thought “FCPA.”

I continue to marvel at the breathtaking stupidity of the people Trump surrounds himself with. Anyone with any experience extending a U.S. business overseas has heard of the FCPA and knows the risks involved in payments to foreign officials.

As if this week couldn’t get any worse for the Trump crime family, Trump may have tried to sweeten the Trump Moscow deal with a $50 million penthouse to be given to Vladimir Putin for free.

Yeah, I’d be more worried if the investigation wasn’t in search of crime.  I don’t think I’d be too worked-up if I was being investigated for performing a good deed.

Are there “tea over coffee” snobs? They can’t be nearly as numerous as the “coffee is good tea is for wimps” crowd.
