One of the strongest series finales perhaps of the entire rebooted Who. Also, paired w the leader episode, one of the best stories if NuWho, IMHO. 2 little nitpicks... Bill’s ending would have been better if they didn’t have her & puddle drag the Doctor to the Tardis to leave it ambiguous if it really heppened or was

I think this episode has everything that made me fall in love with show 30+ years ago... It’s clever, hilarious, heartbreaking and creepy (on many levels for each of these categories).

To me, it kinda seems like more damage control from all the negative feed back after the initial announcement of them being separate. I’m hoping that doesn’t mean the script for Venom is being reworked to shoe-horn in an occasional Homecoming reference.

Ya know, I think old and new are more related than they seem at first glance... as soon as I got around to seeing the New one, my brain has been brewing up all kinds of fan theory/fiction ideas.

While I was a huge fan of old 90's “Pre-Unity” Valiant, I’ve just now gotten around to reading the new stuff and it all screams to be on the big-screen.

So sad to hear. While I do feel he’s really mismatched to the DCU, I actually really like most of his stuff. The Dawn of the Dead remake was pretty awesome, 300 was pretty decent, and I even liked Watchmen quite a bit.

So this is going to end with all the resistance heroes jumping through a vat of molten steel in the nick of time to prevent being killed by Aida?

What I want it to be: Dark Reign or Disassembled

Actually, rewatched it about a month ago.
What’s kinda scary about it, to me, is that it was obviously a commentary on “Reganomics” and the off-the-rails consumerism on the 80s... but today, crazy Alt-Right types would view it as a diatribe against left-wing Political Correctness and the “brainwashing” of the

Wow! Germain did a good job w/ it... his Fear recaps are soooo pessimistic and often seems like he didn’t actually watch the full episode. But well done.

I expected this season to be a lot of filled based on the comics’ arc (“Road to War”) being kinda short but can’t wait to see the full fledged War hit the ASZ area

Surprised you didn’t mention Ron Pearlman... he’s my personal fave. His deadpan snark would play so nicely off Renyolds’ Pool. And  another comic role might help soothe the loss of Hellboy 3.

That was a post from 3 years ago. At that time, there was a movie in the works and the Inhumans were just starting to show up on AoS.

I have faith in their choice since the first one was so insanely well done... Baccarin as Vanessa, Colossus was the best depiction of the character I’ve seen...

BUT, in my mind, I’ve already cast Ron Pearlman in the role. He combines bad-assness w/ a great deadpan humor that would perfectly contrast Renyold’s Pool. And

I’d had hopes when casting was released and the fact they said Lockjaw was going to be in. But if he can’t include K’un-Lun properly, no hopes for a city that can be either in the Himalaya, Atlantis, new york, on the far side of the moon or on the Kree homeworld depending on when you pick up the book.

I’ve only made it through 2 episodes so far. Why the hell would they make a corporate espionage show out of a kung-fu character? I just don’t see how they make a character so easy to make a show about so dang boring.
I mean, we have Into the Badlands having good kung-fu scenes and Arrow’s 1st season basically stole a

Eh, I’m still not buying it. Yes the temptation is there for him, but I believe that he has a stronger core than even he gives himself credit for.

Also, part of the reason Eugene was in the right not to escape. While I’m pretty sure the main reason is either because he’s working some angle or (much more likely) his cowardness.
BUT, if he had left... Negan would have been on a warpath. He’s already tearing up the settlements looking for Daryl, if his “chief

I’m thinkin the whole reason it takes so many and so much resources to deliver a few crappy melons is its all about control. Either the Saviors explicitly set guide-lines for how their shipments are meant to show up... or Ezekiel has a protocol to demonstrate how much he has things in control in the Kingdom. And since

Dang it, I had high hopes for Iron Fist and was willing to overlook the critics, but them saying that has definatly signaled that it’s as bad as they say.
Really bothersome since it would be so easy to make a great Iron Fist show. Arrow’s 1st basically set up the perfect framework to introduce the origin story... Mix

Agreed... but I thought the 2nd gen you posted looked a little sillier. Something about the way the mouth moved under the mask in Gen 1s was crazy creepy.
