I don’t know the best way to voice this without coming off sounding like bit of a prick to Keighley, because I promise I’m not trying to be, but it kinda blows my mind that people are writing articles and talking as much about Keighley not being at E3 as they did when Sony said they weren’t going. I remember seeing

I will miss having a big week of announcements if E3 goes away. I enjoy taking some time to snark with friends while watching the panels

I guess Kojima wasn’t showing up.

Whether E3 is dying or not, less Keighley always seems like a good thing...

I can’t help but be cynical about his bowing out of E3 coverage. I know the timeframes don’t line up but it does feel like this is a move to maybe go full bore in making the VGAs THE premiere announcement/trailer drop destination in the next few years.

I know Keighley stands to make a lot of money if the perception

Wow.

...the Nvidia Shield service is basically a virtual pc somewhere running the games you already bought on Steam, Uplay, EGS, Blizzard Launcher etc. by accessing these platforms through your account.

It’s really just expanded access to things you’ve already paid for - on THEIR (Acitblizz’) proprietary library.

Imagin

Activision Blizzard can’t be bothered to do anything that is ever remotely consumer-friendly, especially if they don’t get anything out of it. They have to actively make it their mission to do dumb stuff like this. I can’t imagine any reason to take these games off other than they feel like it something they can

You are wise to lose that hope.

I’m losing hope that we’re ever getting that ole SNES JRPG goodness on Switch.

Nice try, CHINA.

Chinese companies damage trust all on thier own thank you very much

Legit question: Wouldn’t a card being charged at that station be just as good? Also that gas stations have cameras and would see your vehicle get filled up?

This is some amazing Harryhausenesque shit right here!

That’s the problem, you can get a bigger, more capable truck for the same money. There were plenty of Gladiators at the local Jeep dealership for well into the $50k range. That’s 3/4 ton truck money. I love the idea of a Wrangler pickup priced to compete with midsize offerings, not so much priced against 1/2 to 3/4

So I missed the bit with Maya Rudolph and Kristen Wiig. What did they do, and why is this reaction to it so special?

If she hates all this shit so much and shes just sooooo awkward, why the fuck does she keep going to award shows? You ever try and get your teenager to do anything they don't want to? Good fuckin luck. It's just so corny

For the most part it shouldn't be too terrible given the underlying architecture is x86. Something that wasn't the case for previous generations. Most of the work will be in emulating the operating system and related libraries.

Which was stupid, considering how evil the oil/chemical/financial/medical/etc companies the were up against are.
