I actually do have ASMR, but it's only triggered by certain kinds of music. I'm really into the ASMR videos, as their triggers are generally relaxing to me. Part of my sleep routine now is getting one started on my phone next to my bed and then using it to fall asleep.
I've had a similar issue, off and on, for the past 10 years or so. There's a lot of articles floating around...try googling "sleep hygiene" for ideas.
