The fentanyl/cocaine mix is nasty. I lost a friend to that in late 2020. Bought some bad stuff, took some before he took a shower, then passed out in the shower and hit his head on the way down. Girlfriend found him and he never woke up.

Yeah that seems like how it will go. For the Christian prayer case, for example, Kavanaugh specifically questioned if public prayer was putting undue pressure on students to participate, seeing as how the coach could tie praying time to playing time. And then voted to allow it anyways.

I am absolutely SHOCKED that she would offer to testify and then rescind that offer immediately. Who could have possibly seen that coming?

Yeah it’ll be interesting when Muslims and Jews start praying on the 50 yard line, how the court will declare that THAT prayer isn’t protected.

So yes, I agree, the messaging could be better, but better by what standard?

Everyone knows it’s bad to be called a racist. It’s much more socially acceptable to be called ‘inept’ or ‘incompetent’ until everything blows over and they can go back to the racism.
