I usually only accept drinks from male friends (as in guys I actually know) and they do it just because they want to. It's a nice gesture. Sometimes they do it because they don't wanna drink alone and they know i'm always up for another lol.

@Rachelley: I think its because around that time she was being linked to (still is i think) to some famous guys, most recently to Adrian Brody I believe. So it makes a better story is they could link that cab ride back home to anyone of those guys.

I don't know if this theory really applies to Rihanna. When the whole incident happened I believe she had black hair and didn't switch it to blonde until sometime afterwards and now she was probably just bored and went red IMO.

@Triphena: the thing is even if there's a drink spilled on the SCRAM it would not show up as an alcohol violation because her body has to show that it consumed alcohol for a certain amount of time for it to read as a violation. From what I read it has to be internal not external.
