I agree with everything you say here. Although, my impression is that it has started to get better. We need a philly bike it gets better video.

If he left without giving you his information, that is technically a hit and run, and I believe a felony.

I think riding in Chicago is more of a "thing" in comparison to NYC, since NYC is much more bike friendly. Chicago is not at all set up for bikes. Sure you guys have bike lanes, but it is an automobile first type of city.

Part of the problem is that pedestrians aren't able to hear a bike coming and will drift/step in front of a bicyclist.

I think it is great that they ticket bicyclists.

I totally agree. They need their own path/road: one for pedestrians and one for bicycles.

I ride a bike in the city. I also own a car. I hate both teams. But the runner appears to move towards the fielder as opposed to heading straight down the base path.

I wouldn't consider this to be a case of timid driving. There really wasn't a gap for him to make the left. The problem was that he was over aggressive in trying to make the turn so he creeped onto the tracks, which resulted in the light rail hitting him.

You know it's fake because there wasn't a car on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway trying to run him over.

All I know is that 1776 will commence if you take a baseball away from an adult.
