It’s a fine line to walk. I’m willing to drop a couple bucks on a F2P game, as long as it’s not crippled to the point where I HAVE to drop money.

Love this! I love everything about Lower Decks, and more Tawny (even just in the writer’s room) is always welcome!
To be clear, pterosaurs and mosasaurs ARE dinosaurs in the most common sense. Paleontologists just classify dinosaurs as terrestrial animals, while flying and swimming dinosaurs are classed differently.
I had a boy a few years ago, but if I had a girl, her middle name would likely have been Kairi.
Look, you can believe an abused woman’s account while also waiting for the wheels of justice to properly determine an innocent/guilty verdict. I don’t need to white knight for the guy’s legally presumed innocence.
Disney has got to be shitting their pants right now.
It’s been over a decade since I took a math class so maybe I’m mathing wrong, but 458k divided by 540m is 0.00101778.
Hmm... $8 for 3 months is $24. $11m divided by 24 is roughly 458,000 users. Google tells me Twitter has 450 million users. So, Elon’s vaunted monetization is reaching approximately 0.001% of users.
Bleaching uranus is all the trend, so I hear.
Well thank fucking god none of us are on the jury, and are free to judge his behavior based on confirmed texts from him sexually grooming underage women.
Part of me is worried that republicans will just use this as pretext for actually jailing democratic opponents next time they’re in a position to do so.
I’m shocked to find myself agreeing with this assclown.
Redpill shit like this gets top comment, but I’m still stuck in the greys on 90% of the sites.
This has LONG been the status quo of the AV Club (and any other perpetually online people). If the movie isn’t a home run, then it’s utter dreg with zero redeeming qualities, and belongs next to Uve Boll’s library in the trash bin of history.
“Soft rear entry”
I’ll be honest... I watched the first episode. I was looking for a Willow show, not a “here’s a bunch of noble kids from the adults in the original movie” show. And when Davis didn’t show up until the last few seconds, I was kinda done.
Yes, welcome to the world of discussion and opposing view points. I don’t agree with the author, therefor I’m arguing in bad faith.
I have faith in Craig Mazin. He pulled on the emotional threads of the first game, and brought some of the underlying themes and subtext to a more meaningful place. He seems to be a good pairing with Druckmann, and and really bolster’s some of Druckmann’s narrative shortcomings.
Thank you! I was always less concerned with whether Joel was justified or not, and with the fact that nobody ASKED Ellie what she wanted, and the Fireflies FIRST act was to kill the only known person immune. That is absolute lunacy.
I mean, I KNEW this was coming as soon as we found out how closely the show would follow the game.
