The weird thing is, those “futuristic” outfits on his “crew” rather imply they came from later in the timeline than the 1980s — or even 2016 — given the sci-fi trends of the day. Rick Springfield concert clone from the year 3000 and his crashed time machine, perhaps? (No TARDIS — I just can’t see him as a timelord). ;)

Rick Speinfield is seriously underrated. I recommend his album Tao, which comes after Living in Oz (which is also good and what Human Touch is from).

I feel that a radiation alarm that doesn’t go off until after you have done your dance number and received enough exposure to make you fall down is probably a pretty bad system of measuring the radiation levels.

It’s also not a completely accurate statement to say Jurassic World beat TFA. Jurassic World opened in China on it’s debut weekend. TFA doesn’t open there until next month. Let’s add those numbers in when it does open and see what we get.
