They aren't terrible or anything like that, but I've been disappointed with DJ Earworm 2010 onward. 2009's was so good and none of the subsequent ones have reached its heights. This one is enjoyable, though.

I too wish that they used something from the show itself, but what I like about the choice they did choose is that it was a reminder that Willow and Xander's relationship pre-dates the Scoobies by ~10 years. Andy Richter dropping whatever he's eating in the studio parking lot on AD and then kicking it in frustration has got to be my favourite bit he's ever done. It has stuck with me for so long.
