"someone that looks like one of her brothers crossed with a sex offender list."
That seems redundant.

I'd LOVE to know what's going on in the minds of the sane-ish GOP - I'm sure they have contingency plans for Trump going south. But I'll be really intrigued to see how they defend themselves if Trump completely flies of the rails.
Related - I recently learned of the expanded clan of the Kardashians. (I previously only knew of Kim and one sister.) Apparently they have a brother who looks something like Turtle from Entourage had a baby with Gimli. I don't like Kim/Khloe/etc., but it's hard to believe that their brother is THAT fugly. I guess…
The best thing about the Trump Presidency: I am not conflicted about raising my kids to have contempt for power.
I keep thinking back to some conversations I had with friends who went through horrible crises - one grew up through the Rwandan genocide, and one was a baby fleeing Iran. (I also know parents of friends who were descended of Holocaust survivors.)
"Men of all types and stripes" does not mean every man. Just that there were a preposterous amount of men saying stuff like this from lots of regions and age groups. (Christ, you just made me go #notallmen.)
I was going to mention her (I'm a fan) but I think she's somehow fallen out of favor.
Based on the recent Random Roles (Joey Slotnick, Brad Leland, and John Rothman), I'm amazed this is the obscure one for you. I feel like she's everywhere!
It's interesting to wonder how a Todd Akin would handle the whole, "selling out all principles and values to defend literally the worst American public figure around."
As a lawyer who knows a decent amount of writers and actors, I think there's some weird overlap between the fields. Depressed lawyers want to write screenplays. Struggling entertainers want to go to law school. It's the lamer version of the rapper-NBA pipeline.
What was it?
Nah. Back then the whole country was run by ZMF. Life got weird after Mahathir.

2012 was a wonderful time when men of all types and stripes said insane things about rape! Here's a great snippet from Tom Smith:
I love Malaysia - I was there for a week once a decade ago and I had the best time. KL is a seriously underrated city.
Also… that's some fantastic comment/screen name synergy, WPV.
Yes. This is, also, why they are so stupidly against sex Ed and contraceptives. Despite all evidence and their own life experiences (most born agains I know lived much sketchier past lives than I ever did), they somehow want to believe their kids won't have sex. They creepily fetishize the purity of their kids and…
Yup. And the actual person who caused the death was, in both cases, a new and naive young man with bad leaders above him.
So, of course you're right. But I'm trying to answer your first question and I think you have to take it straight on - they literally think every abortion is the murder of a baby. So, it's amazing if they can see any ways around that hurdle. They've chosen to frame this as a question of harm to the most innocent…
They think it's wrong. They think it's literally baby murdering. If you accept that premise (not saying you should), the conclusions they draw don't seem remarkable to me.
