I wouldn't mind a Spotlight-win at all, and would prefer it to Revenant or Big Short winning. It's a really good movie.
Well said. All the longer comments here are so much better than the actual article.
This was the first episode I've seen this season, and I hadn't seen any promos, so that death was definitely a surprise. I knew something was up when Anna Faris didn't take her call, but I simply guessed relapse, not death.
I also have two clear favorites, Fury Road and Brooklyn. Sadly, both are unlikely to win.
It's more than that, it's about the love life and careers of young people in New York! And they are all white people!
Seriously, what are we expecting here? Research?
I like "Focus Group" being more Seinfeldish. It's an unusual episode for the show, but it's funny and shows that the show could comfortably get out of its wheelhouse. One of my favorite episodes, "Enemy At The Gates", is even more Seinfeldian.

In what world are eight episodes of Twisted not a significant TV role? …oh, right, in this world.
Oh, Robbie Amell is already happening.
Ah yes, his Oscar-winning performance in Snatch.
#3 seems high, but Victoria Justice is doing a lot these days, she had her own serial killer show last year and will be in Rocky Horror soon, so yeah, she's popular right now.
Yes! I recently watched that episode, and Rob Lowe's Shaggy was outstanding.
But Venture Bros. fans usually only had to wait for new whole seasons to air, not single episodes.
Seeing how the only interesting period of my life so far were my 20s, it would probably be someone like Logan Lerman or Josh Hutcherson.
See, now I fully understand your point of view.
It's not her duty to care for her mother. I love my mother and would do anything for her, but my mother would never want me to give up on my dreams and keep her company until she dies.
And he didn't take her virginity. It wasn't his to take, it was hers to give to him.
