thanks bk, but honestly I have never seen Farscape so I would probably be lost in the comments.

I would say Pierce is more like Cliff. The annoying guy that everyone tolerates. Coach was beloved if slightly dim.
farscape
If this has already been brought up, I apologize. I just didn't feel like reading through 400 comments. I thought Abed's discussion about Farscape was a subtle jab at The Big Bang Theory, though Abed is geeky enough to actually lead someone on just to have a conversation about an obscure canceled TV show.
yeah, too bad they brought the insufferable Joe Theisman into the booth. He is so awful. Last year the booth was fine with Millen and the play by play guy.
did anyone notice….
The faint resemblance between Laurie and Kirsten? We know the producers have played up the attraction between Travis and Laurie. Though it would be a little creepy as she is pretty much like an aunt or maybe a big sister to him. It would make sense that subconsciously Travis would find women who…
yeah, even if no NFL team picked him up, I would wave thought a CFL or WLAF team would have picked him up in the early 90's.
especially tonight since chuck was pre-empted by Matt Lauer interviewing Bush.
well, if the Necks are the world's only giraffe basketball team, who do they play? is it like the Cincinnati Reds, who were the first professional baseball team?
wait, you mean the cat didn't actually dial 9-1-1? I don't know what is real anymore. (shakes head sadly)
Jay and manny
I wonder if Jay really felt that about Manny being his kid and not wanting to see him get hurt or if he was just trying to manipulate him into telling him what anniversary it was? I know that sounds cynical and Jay does really feel some affection for Manny.
he has no problem talking to his mom either albeit via webcam.
It still makes sense to me.
It makes perfect sense to me.
I think Kyle Busch and Brad Kesolowski are pretty much wild cards and don't care if they piss of the other drivers or maybe even their sponsors, but they are the exceptions to the rule.
Days of thunder
I wonder if Tom Cruise's character in that movie was based on Tim Richmond. I haven't seen that movie in years, but I vaguely remember a scene where his pit crew chief played by Robert Duvall to run 50 laps his way and 50 laps the way you want to race.
I would have thought that most of the cast would have been good in a live format given their experience on SNL, in theater, and in second city or other improv groups.
yes, it was funny to see Julia Louis Dreyfus as Liz's "flashback double" but would it have been too meta to have Sarah Palin as the double? I don't know if Palin would have done it, but it would have been funny.
I suppose I have to be that guy, but Kylie was at the sword eating with her new boyfriend and it is possible she overheard the catchphrase.
actually, I when I first read the headline I thought Sarah Palin was starting her own awards show to reward TV shows that provide quality family entertainment and conservative values or some such nonsense.
Tommy and Janet
During the opening scene when Janet was talking about how she felt emotionally betrayed when Tommy comforted Sheila after 9/11, I thought of how cool it would be if they did a whole episode as a flashback to 9/11. It would be gimmicky certainly, but I think it would be interesting.
