I don't really mean to suggest that Scorpius is anything other than a ruthless bad guy but . . .

Love that too. The show is so good with the small touches.

I'll see your "one of the best" and raise you a "no need for the genre specification."

I agree and it is a shame. Like others have pointed, a lot of it has to do with Crichton being the main character and acting as the audience point of view.

With you on the ejection seat scene. Even after many many viewings that whole sequence is so hard to watch. There are so many examples of this show reaching for TV perfection. I think that's one of the best.

OPENING CREDIT SEQUENCE SPOILERS

I haven't found anything in TV or film that comes anywhere close to doing what Farscape does for me. Even in rewatch.

The first time I saw DMD the 5 seconds that it took for the next episode to spool up on Netflix streaming were pure agony.

That's always the moment when I lose it, if I haven't lost it already.

@avclub-c701a997d9bef627835b036efb4eca63:disqus I love the Aeryn-on-Crichton scene too.

There is much cruelty in the universe.

Abigail, so well put.

Very nicely said.

The guy on fire scene is just so excellent.

SERIOUSLY. MAJOR SPOILERS. NOT KIDDING.

Agreed, "how you've misjudged him" is wonderful.

The scene with Aeryn's night vision problems is one my favorites of the whole trilogy.

Claudia Black's projection of utter dread into Aeryn's face as Aeryn realizes why Scorpius freed Jothee is nothing short of amazing.

"That's Moya!"
