If you already have baking soda, you should try that first. I used a paste of baking soda and water. The burnt-on gunk came right off.

Fiskars Stay-Sharp. I owned one of these. It really wasn’t much different from a regular lawnmower in terms of cutting power. No putting fuel in it. No trying to get it to start. Makes a pleasantly quiet snip-snip noise like 4 scissors snipping at once.
