Best case scenario, ps4 would read the disc, recognize that it is BL2 and then stream it from the cloud without fuss. Unlikely, but fingers crossed

Apparently they hold some exclusivity rights or something when it comes to dubs. DVDs and the like won't come out for some titles they air until after a grace period ends. I suppose someone super serious about watching anime in English might spring for this.
