Tesla did do something opposite of their message from the start related to direct to consumer sales model. Tesla has always said no dealership bullshit yet here we have them doing exactly what dealerships do.

Since Tesla has been 100% anti-dealership and their followers have prided themselves on how the direct to consumer sales model would eliminate this type of behavior.
