My high school still had those, but they were terrible. At one point they got screwed up so each classroom varied by five or ten minutes from each other, and it took a month or two before they were able to get them synchronized. Everyday we'd come in and the clock would show up at a different time, or just be

I simply used Canon as an example because they're the only manufacturer whose catalog I'm extremely familiar with. A quick googling reveals that DXOMark, DPReview, CameraLabs, several lens rental catalogs and online stores, and a number of tech review sites all put it in the commonly-used semi-pro category; while

Actually you're wrong, with all due respect. All of Sony's SLTs so far (unless I'm wrong, the top-level one is the a77 ?) are usually classified into the broad enthusiast/semi-pro range (everything from the canon t2i to the 7d are in this range). Obviously you can make issue with the definition of professional, or

Yeah it really is... I remember reading the n9 review and thinking "if this hardware design isn't resurrected on a major OS at some point it would be a crime..."

True, removing the moto skin from my photon (basically the same as the atrix) and replacing it with launcherpro made a big difference. Plus it's more functional.

Don't mind him, he's just trolling and mad because his little exclusive clubhouse of gamers was fractured when the wii introduced gaming to a wider audience.

The fifth? Ooh, do I get a prize??

The picture. No. Too much.

Except Obama is a fan page, not a profile. If they count connections with him they might as well also count connections between fans of nutella, or christianity.

So much derping(ton)

Okay, I didn't know that. During Irene the only way I was able to get internet was through my smartphone because the cable was down, so that was nice. But if the towers go down (and they'd probably be less likely to have battery backups in places that aren't new york) then that wouldn't be much use.

Only the first two really matter to me, but I might have to give it a shot. I understand companies like to push their nifty new voice actions, but really guys, commas are more important for a lot of us.

too busy stealing tampons

the other big questions no one's answering. the white potato in the room, if you will.

Goddamnit, now I'm regretting leaving california to go to college.

All of the holiday rage. You have it.
