That is a touching story.

It won't jam any brakes on if you just use your indicators when changing lanes.
I guess I am one of the few that loves 3d movies and has a collection then. This is actually pretty good for me as I currently use a PS3 for 3d Blu rays and saw that the new PS3 didn't support 3d Blu Rays.
I used my launch day PS3 50% for watching netflix, blurays and 50% for gaming. Sold the console away 4 months ago and never had major problems.
A feature PS4 still doesn't have.
Maybe they are, Demolition Man style!
Better bring a fire extinguisher when this Lexus SC400 does a burnout! This miraculous video comes from the TX2K14 event and it shows Lexus' early 90s luxobarge coupe making all the smoke, all the time.
I apologize, living in Chicago all my life, I may have missed the memo. Did ComEd change their name from Commonwealth Edison to Commercial Edison?
Holy guacamole, how are you getting this much (misguided) heat for asking a reasonable question about a complex issue? I'm new around Kotaku, so maybe this is normal?
I wish I could afford a $35k car, that would be nice.
I haven't seen anyone answer your original question, so I thought I would give it a shoot. I am a lawyer, this is not legal advice and you, or anyone else reading this is not my client.*
It's not particularly nationalistic; tasteskindasalty is on point when he/she notes that American IP laws generally only cover American IPs and the citizens that produce them. They -can- be levied against citizens of other countries (and likewise citizens of other countries can levy the IP laws of their own nations…
I think you mean "nearly hit a whale."

This seems pretty common sense. Why would BMW let another dealer use a BMW warranty to help sell a car?
The original 540i was a 4.0L V8 (E34), thats why the original statement is true.
Also need to consider going from a V8 to a turbo/super 4 pot. Probably a wash on the front engine, but who knows. T cases are usually heavy, but so are batteries and electric motors.
I don't need to be in America to recognize an idiot.
Can you blame them? Police do often ticket every racer based on reports of just one of them being an asshat. I'd be scared of the same thing if I was in that position. Of course, if no one else was around, they would be total dicks for leaving. But others DID stop to help, so why put themselves at risk of being…
Point is - it makes your car safer on the road. The perfectly valid argument is that it does nothing to make you any better behind the wheel. In my view, for a feature to help you drive better, you need to show some improvement when that feature is removed.
