I really enjoyed the first few seasons of "Nip/Tuck", including the horror element (a serial killer; an organ collecting escort). I even enjoyed the 2nd season, and this show has some great cast members. Jessica Lange is incredible.

Finally, Jezebel posts something really, really worth reading.

"Wonderful understanding"? "Constantly in contact"? Still covering your ass, huh? She's not sorry what she said about that victim, just how people reacted, and she's still a phony, creepy moron.

To all of you trying to defend Serena's points as well-meaning, consider this—the girl was drinking like everyone else at the party. It was my understanding she was drugged, but she trusted her friends and drank with them.

I think she meant it would have been worse for a virgin to be raped than a dirty slut.

I think people with conventionally attractive features (half Indian, half Caucasian features here, but my mother and father look a lot alike, frankly) aren't even aware of that—foreign features are simply "ugly" or "evil" or whatever.

Kohls and Target have some decent plus/juniors plus pieces and if not that, there's always Ebay. (I know that's not the point—this is about the relationship between vendor, consumer, and culture—but for those of you sick of Lane Bryant, search online. Go to polyvore, shopstype, and shopbop too.)

You're all celebrating, but I like the fact that she still probably thinks "feminism" is for disgusting manhaters that don't bathe or groom.
