CDPR made their own bed in that regard. The effort they put in towards hyping up the game as the next greatest thing in gaming was their undoing. They should have put that effort in towards actually building a proper game.

I honestly don’t like this trend. It dilutes the waters, and just makes things unnecessarily charged. The men dating 17 year olds are not generally the men sexually interested in preteens, or in toddlers, or what have you. That distinction matters, legally, sociologically and psychologically.

I love the story personally. Not because it’s some genre-bending masterpiece, but it works for what it is: a globe-trotting spy thriller about vast conspiracies and dismantling them.

You can buy Hitman and Hitman 2 in Hitman 3 (unlock access to them basically). In that sense, it’s all one game.
