I think the listed top speed is something like 135. But I’ve never managed more than low 120s (indicated, and before my gear reduction). I’m just joking around.

130 on an SV650? Downhill with a tail wind?

Put 80k miles on one (bought at 100k, now has 180k) and has been legit the most reliable car I have ever owned.

Isn’t every thing that David Tracy buys a Crack Pipe?

Happy Halloween! Here’s a famous, fast Jaguar E-Type hearse to contemplate as you plan your night’s house-toilet-papering route and reasonable escape plans.

i live in SoCal and i agree with your +/- 15 minute difference in arrival times. however, my boss is cool with me coming in late (up to an hour every once in a while). i feel that if your boss is not as cool as mine, then plan accordingly and leave at 7, 6:45, or 6:30. it sucks but that’s part of taking a job you know

The polite thing drives me bonkers. Not only does it cause slow downs but it causes accidents. If you have the right away, you go. If you have a sign (or lack of sign) telling you to do something, do it. There’s an entrance at a shopping center near me where it’s a 3 way intersection. Cars coming off a major strip

Fun.

Oh wow, I hate these headlights. I’m trying to think of how they could look worse and I’m at a loss for words.

I hereby Christen thee with the nickname: Gorilla

I’ve thought about this, and if more people used more of the left lane, it wouldn’t be a problem and traffic would get less backed up in the right lane. Gotta get that zipper merge as far down as possible. It feels like a queue but it’s more like there’s two and one isn’t getting utilized.

Nope. You can’t hold hands and shift.

if you teach your daughter to drive stick and give her a car with one then you have to worry less about the boyfriend driving the car and heck maybe it saves her life.
