You know it’s true.

I’ve noticed diet soda tasting bad even very shortly past its use-by date. I always, always check the date to make sure it’s a long way off, now.

She did a Twitter recap of the excerpt!

I hope we get more Daredevil with Charlie Cox, somehow someway. What a thoughtful, introspective guy! I love finding out how an actor analyzes character, and how they evolve in their performance. He does such a great job.

This is horrific and vivid and needs more likes.

Fantastic, well-researched, and surprisingly interesting article, thank you! I have been a vagina-haver for 42 years, and didn’t know any of this. After having read “A Short History of Nearly Everything” I came to the realization that scientists are just people, rife with pig-headedness and personality conflicts, so

My kids actually never really liked the Kraft stuff, once I started making my own stovetop version (I make a white sauce, add cheddar and cream cheese, hit it with a stick blender until it’s super creamy, add pasta, done) which was kind of irritating because I am lazy and would rather make the box and be finished.

Everyone knows when you make an assumption, you make an ass out of you, and umption. Loved Long Kiss Goodnight. Great choice!

What do you have against peanut butter?

(I actually have no defense for why I pronounce it with a soft G, I just always have, so whenever I hear someone say it the other way it sounds wrong! This is the only reason I think this has become a thing, people don’t like to change the way they say things in their heads. If it was called a “bif” there would be no

As a lifelong advocate of the soft G pronunciation of “gif” I am embarrassed to say I pronounced this in my head with a hard G. If it is, in fact, soft G like “Geoff,” I will, of course, use this as an example of how those that pronounce “gif” with a hard G are wrong, wrong, wrong because I have no shame.

I’ve lived in Canada for 12 years now, and every time my mom comes to visit from the States, she gets all flustered about the machine and hands it to me, saying “You know my pin! Do this for me!” Twelve. Years.

Just enough education to think they know everything. Not enough education to realize they know nothing.

Also, it is nearly impossible to even give an old piano away, let alone sell it. You usually have to hire someone to take it out of your house.

Wow, fantastic interview. He will always be “The guy who invented Skynet and then died spectacularly” for me, but I love spotting him in other things. He is always great. And I need to rewatch Crossroads, haven’t seen it since I was a kid. My dad played the guitar, and it was one of his favorite movies. Also, that

Now, you see, this version is perfect for people like me, who really enjoy the humor of Deadpool but don’t like gore. I just don’t. The first movie was fun, but I was so disturbed by some of the imagery I would never watch it again. And I haven’t even tried Deadpool 2. But this I will watch. It is too bad they didn’t

Wow, what an amazing mind this guy has. I love reading about his creative process. Emmett Otter has always been my favorite Christmas movie, since I was a child, and most of that was due to his songs. I remember I didn’t see it for a number of years after leaving home, but kept thinking about one of the songs. I could

Love the Temeraire books, and was so excited when I heard Peter Jackson had the rights to them. Had no idea he went with this instead. That sucks.

This is exactly how events in my family work out, and how parties at my house tend to go. Kids are in “Kid World” in the back rooms. It is great. That way the kids have a great time, and the parents can drink and talk and don’t have to worry about them. Unless it gets a little too quiet. Then you might want to check.

Re: Yoko Ono, probably! The art installation that first drew John Lennon to her involved a ladder, if I remember correctly. edit: looked it up, I was right, and it is called “Ceiling Painting”.
