My sister just got engaged, and my mom seems to think it will be a tragedy if my sons and I aren’t in the wedding party. No. It won’t. I could wear what I like, and I wouldn’t have to wrangle two small boys into formalwear and then white knuckle it as they went down the aisle. I could sit with my husband, of whom I’m

We just moved to a new house. Not our first house. It was totally voluntary (reasons), and it basically means we’re spending a fortune on ourselves. I feel so embarrassed that some friends and family have been rewarding us with housewarming gifts.

On a road trip- i.e. when there are few choices- Subway is often the only place you can get a meal with ‘fresh’ veggies. In other words, I’ll eat a Veggie Delite full of mealy tomatoes and dry bell peppers if my other options are assorted mystery meats (Subway ‘meats’) included.

IMO focus on the post-wedding time, known as ‘marriage’.

I make pumpkin bread frequently, and it calls for a cup of oil. Maybe because it's a quick bread and not technically a cake?

I'm a psychologist. Never underestimate my appetite for crazy.

Right now my friends are passing around a nausea inducing article about how strong & beautiful c-section ‘mamas’ are.

Hmm. Disagree. I’m not the world’s most sentimental parent, but producing a kid and landing your dream job are really not at all equivalent.

I only roll my eyes at those posts when the parents talk about crying over Baby Snookums going to school. I tap danced my way home after dropping Tiny & Tinier Sporks BOTH off at school last fall. It was the best day EVER.

I was nice to my husband about his vasectomy. It took him about 2 weeks to fully recover. But he got one bc I had 2 rough pregnancies and it was HIS FUCKING TURN.

Just embrace modern medicine & take the drugs. You'll be ok.

I would follow the SHIT out of the Michael Jackson freak. That sounds entertaining!

I am great at manufacturing psychosomatic pain. Eczema, cramps, anxiety gut... But never parasites. I'll have to look into that one.

Make sure they are board certified and in good standing. Ask to see photos of before/after on patients who had the same surgery you're considering. Ask about the frequency of post-op complications for their patients. Ask how often they do this type of surgery and try to stick with someone who does it frequently or

Believe me, it isn't elective. I mean, maybe for a select few, but I needed a safe way to get that baby out of me without killing us both.

I bought a couple tees at the outlet a few years ago. After one wash (on delicate, hang-dry: I pamper my clothes) they had multiple holes. When I went to return them, I was - rather snottily - told that, despite the laundering directions on the tag, they really ought to be hand-washed or dry cleaned. I was able to

This week I have a medical issue precluding sex. It is very sad. I spent extra time on making great meals instead :)

Set up casually by a friend. 13 years, 11 of them married. We hear from the friend about once every 4 years.

We got married in 2003 and it was still not on the radar.

Plenty of vajeen on display.
