At least in the Android Market you can get a refund. I do think long and hard about iOS apps since you don't get that opportunity.

It's obvious this test is flawed in some way shape or form. I noticed during the 3D test that when I accidentally touched the screen the FPS dropped by half. Long story short, that should have dropped my score but instead it actually increased.

I don't believe they spend ten time sorting through those. I imagine there is an algorithm that sorts and manages data trends. Perhaps after that, there's a guy making minimum wage to scan the occasional report.
