Super dumb, prejudiced reasons aside... is there a reason creating a website to get marriage licenses is a bad idea? (Never have been married and never dealt with this process, so please don’t yell at me if there is.)

I had never actually heard of this. I googled it, but what came up first was the TMZ story and stories about how she and that guy are engaged now. I’m not arguing (I genuinely do not know), but was this story corroborated at that time?
I’m kind of confused about why people are concerned about specific actors’ presence, rather than the fact that this thing looks derogatory as fuck to all the groups represented, and appears to relentlessly play on stupid, tired tropes, without at least offering some sort of satirical insight.

That's like saying some municipal deputy mayor represents congress. She is in a leadership position of a local chapter. She does not represent the entire organization. a LEADER of a national sorority? Did we read the same article? This email was written by one girl at one chapter... in 2011. What exactly was illuminated to you?
