Again, Vision’s menswear game is ON POINT. Though, I’m pretty sure this is how Paul Bettany dresses in real life.

I was just wondering the same thing. Cameron and Ridley Scott must be on the same drugs.
Raul Julia was such a treasure.
Shit, I probably already own this. That’s pretty much how I dress every day. And I work from home. I am an 80-year old man at heart.
So... if I’m reading between the lines, it sort of sounds like they’re going to consolidate Lady Stoneheart’s warpath into Sansa’s arc? I can get down with that.
If they promise not to make a difference, then why have ‘em?
I’ve been pretty negative about this almost from the word go, and I still hate how Jared Leto’s Joker looks like he’s going to shape up, but this is the first trailer I’ve seen that actually made this movie look fun or interesting to me; it had the right balance of explodeys and humor, without playing up the “OMG LOOK…
No, I actually think it’s because he doesn’t believe in charity, and his donations are going to be paltry. Also, per other commenter somewhere in the thread, his effective tax rate was really, really low, which is suspicious. His supporters will completely ignore that he’s a 1%-er.
It does make me additionally concerned about what his reaction will be when 0% of his legislative agenda makes it through his first term due to the Republicans’ geographical advantages in the House.
One is a de facto requirement for a Presidential campaign. The other’s pretty unusual, even if it’s not particularly onerous. I’ll let you decide which is which.
For what it’s worth, I’m pretty sure there’s nothing shady in his taxes. However, the press always picks up on charitable donations, and I’m willing to bet that there are very, very few (if any) in his taxes, which is something that won’t be reported on favorably. I’m guessing that’s why they are dragging their feet.
He was asked about it in an interview recently, and his response was that his wife does their taxes, they’ve been busy, and they’ll get around to it. (Not exaggerating)
I hate defending Jay-Z on this, but he might actually be right. Subscription numbers for music services are really, really easy to fudge, and Tidal’s new CEO ought to know.
I don’t know how they’d be able to side-step what sounds like a murder-fest in Batman vs Superman, but Gone Baby Gone is one of the best detective films I’ve seen in a lot of years, and The Town is an absolutely great heist film.
I dunno, I probably would’ve recommended Voyager over DS9. It’s probably my own bias, but, even though I’ve tried on multiple occasions, I’ve always found DS9 really difficult to sit through.
Fair enough. Different interpretations.
Maybe, but I spent a lot of time watching it, and have just gotten disillusioned with it.
Isn’t professionalism a societal construction? If it is can it be changed?
Should people that tattoo their face be banned from having a job? Of course not. But reality is what it is, you’re going to be automatically shut out of the *vast* majority of career paths with that one choice. So you better be prepared to own it.
Knowing how long he fought for this, and how much Fox stymied them at every turn, I imagine Ryan Reynolds is currently walking around the Fox executive suites with his balls literally hanging out of his pants.
