i've been in the same situation for almost 5 years, i couldnt go to sleep before 2-3am, but you can change your sleep cycle. At least i was able to. Took me a around month of effort plus a week of wildlife camping (without access to anything electronic, no clock, nothing) to regulate my sleep. Now i cant stay awake…
