Another option if you have a home network with Windows 10 Pro or the Ultimate flavor of earlier Windows versions is to put the Music Library on a NAS and point each computer’s music folder to the NAS and simply enable the music folder as an Offline Folder and turn on Offline Sync within Windows’ Offline Sync Center.
