The easiest answer is any supercar that's driven by someone who has no skill but thinks they do.

This QOTD/AOTD should be renamed to "remember how your childhood was cool?"

Exactly my point. Just think about how far we've come in the past 100 years or so. We are at the beginning of mankinds technological period. It's going to be fun!

I wish I could find an abandoned car. With the keys, a full tank of gas, and the title in the glove box. Preferably belonging to an owner who just left the country and will never return. And a trunk full of unmarked non-sequential bills in various denominations.

I've had a few people recommend that book to me. I really have to look it up and give it a read. Cheers buddy.

Funny you should have this question as I watch The Fall Guy in the afternoons as it's shown here in the UK just now. I forgot how good it was and how much I like Lee Majors as an actor. And I also forgot just how hot Heather Thomas was. What's sad is that even though I was a teenager at the time, I cared more about

That's still my favourite. Even though the dog has a pissed off look on it's face.

This is going to be really cool as it gets better over the years.

@FrankenPC - "Two words Higg's Boson."

I think the opposite. Now that we have fast computers we can explore things quicker than before and so advance quicker. We are just at the tip of the iceberg of technology. Think about what we have done in just the past 100 years. No way is that the best we can do. We're just getting started dude. :-)

Yeah there is that side to it. But I'm a kind of a quiet guy and never really talked about work to anyone anyway. So I think I would enjoy working in that environment.

So the principles are older than I thought? Thanks for that.

This is why I love Gizmodo! We have more geeks/nerds per pixel than any other site! :-)

There is a lot of scary stuff that Hitler and the Third Reich were working on. And if they had been able to finish it or had just figured out things the right way.... who knows what the world would look like today. WW2 gave the world things we weren't ready for. I think it was more luck than anything that we got

I have never envied anyone's job. Except you guys. I would love to work in that field and be on the cutting edge of what is possible and what is coming. You are so lucky.

I've had some interesting conversations with friends who work in the defence industry. Now even though I begged and pleaded they wouldn't tell me any secrets, and I mean I BEGGED AND PLEADED! One thing they always did get around to mentioning as interesting though is what new tech is out there just now being developed

Dude, seriously, chill out.

I think if I had that kind of money I'd probably have the same attitude as him. You pay insurance for a reason and you can replace the car.

Yeah I agree. But the article was about cars and this is a car site, so I was focused on cars.
