You’re nicer than I am. The people who say “well he should have just complied” can just shut the entire fuck up. I’m tired of their idiotic excuses as to why these cops just had to murder this man.

I agree with you, but I voted for taxes because I don’t know what Postmates is and I was too fucking lazy to google it. I’m not going to google it now, either.
My only trip-up was Pro Hairstylists vs 70 Degree Days. I got some difficult hair.
People keep making comparisons to Watergate; but compared to what we seem to be looking at here - possible collusion with Russia, a plethora of financial crimes, obstruction of justice, undermining the framework of American law enforcement - a little breaking and entering seems quaint.
I think they are genuinely confused that these kids might actually be thinking for themselves. You have to remember that conservatism does not value critical thinking especially in the young. Critical thinking leads to challenging fixed beliefs which leads to demands for change, which is *gasp* progressivism!
feeling a strange urge to buy a monorail from you now
I physically cringed when they came on. Fox trots them out right on cue. Why does the phrase “minstrel show” suddenly spring to mind? Godalmighty.
I think one of the foundational rules of American society is that if you have a criticism of Fred Rogers, you are automatically found to be holding the wrong position.
The eagerness to undermine these kids’ understanding of issues and their concerns is reprehensible. I’m not sure patronizing is going to be particularly helpful in persuading them that they should just be quiet, and the idea that someone is “making” that many kids do anything is laughable.
Brian Kilmeade with logic is a like a mule with a spinning wheel: no one knows where he got it and dang if he knows how to use it
On a shallow note...this dude was supposedly born in 1991. 1991, guys. He must be aging in Stephen Miller years.
Go away Richard Spencer.
LoL I was indeed listening to Marketplace and caught the interview and didn’t realize it was dubbing - I really did think people were hissing and thought “oh, hissing - old school.”
Yeah- By the universe
After about 5 steps of “running,” he’d have to sit down and catch his breath.
No. Where did I say to ignore them? But you don’t find it notable that conservatives will dry-hump cops after every shooting of an unarmed black man - and fucking created this Blue Lives Matter bullshit to counteract those that had the temerity to suggest that black lives shouldn’t be disposable - and now they’re…
I grew up in the “ketchup is a vegetable” days of public education. It’s a wonder any of us are still ambulatory without a damn rascal scooter.
Honestly, if you step away from these things for a while, junk foods stop tasting all that good. They’re suddenly very overpowering in taste (i.e., too salty, too sugary, too much butter, etc.), and, quite often, seem to taste “artificial” in some difficult-to-describe way.
The National Rifle Association spokeswoman, Dana Loesch, knows exactly what she is doing. Her job as a mouthpiece for the NRA is to shift the focus from looking at gun laws to looking at anything else but gun laws.
This seems so intuitive now, but you have to imagine yourself back when everything except sugar was demonized. I know middle-aged women who still scrape the whipped cream of a key lime pie because of fat. OFF A DAMN CUSTARD PIE. We are living with the consequences of the fucked up sugar industry shitting all over…
