Right. Which is why I mentioned the 102 that I found. So many of the shrines in the later game (for me) were ‘blessing’ shrines that weren’t as exciting. Going back for another playthrough just to find 18 more shrines doesn’t (at this time) feel like enough.

Chiming in to agree with you on Banished. I loved the gameplay, style, etc. but it was just too shallow to warrant any sort of long-term gameplay. Still worth what I paid and I had a great time with it, but I’d love something similar with a much deeper arc.

I just finished my first playthrough last night. Had all the memories and upgraded a ton of equipment. Ended with (I think) 102 of the shrines. I’m already feeling the sadness associated with finishing such a great game.

Go on....

Simple. Keep a scooter on-hand to really get that flywheel spinning.

I don’t know. Hammering a shotgun shell to start my engine sounds kinda fun.

The orange Stinger they were showing off at the Detroit auto show was pretttty, prettty tasty.

That’s funny. I was on the phone with my Dad last night while my girlfriend was playing Stardew Valley on the Switch. I briefly described the game to him and he said...“WHAT?.....so what exactly do you shoot?”

Picture a butt asshole, but in the front.

The only good thing to come from this is the various alternate (and better sounding) videos that the commenters have posted below.

Easy: which ever has the best accommodation for an inflatable donut cushion. I’ve seen the size of those of those time-travel suppositories and I’ll need the extra seated comfort.

I assume you work from home?

That’s the dream right there. When my work is necessary, I’m efficient, high-output, and on-time. When it’s not - and when I’d rather stand at the window and watch the world go by - I’m forced to “keep busy” or at the very least “look busy” at my desk. It’s a frustrating concept.

Can I niksen while playing Stardew Valley?

I’ll take that as a yes. Great!

I love reading about this little thing. I’ve got a classic micro-car-obsession-thing going on lately. I just have to keep reminding myself that this thing is from 1990(!) and not the 50's or 60's.

Well it is about noon, so right on schedule!
