I disagree. Doctor Who was rocketing towards international success in the David Tennant era, and Moffat jumped on board right as that was about to hit its peak. He then stuck around long enough to see it start to dwindle again, which (and this part is just my opinion) is in part due to the way he ran the show.

If a restaurant is offering delivery in a storm, then there’s no reason not to take advantage of it. The onus should be on the restaurant to determine whether they’re willing to deliver. If I call and they say they’re not delivering in the storm, I’d be totally fine with that. And of course, a generous tip is in order.

Solution: don’t live in the sticks. :P
