This was definitely a brilliant moment, starting with Atreus collapsing, carrying him back to the witch, ‘I’ve got to get home’, the storm, the boat ride and everything that follows.
The problem with all of this is that the Indian bureaucracy (at state and central levels) is woefully computer illiterate - they don’t understand basic things like security, and how data can be misused. Just take a look at the website of the Delhi Transport authority and be transported back 15 years.

There’s a slight difference in that calculation - They don’t count just the viewing households as a percentage of total TV audience. They count the viewing Minutes as a % of total viewing minutes. So, if i watch 5 minutes out of a 30 minute program then my % viewing is actually 5/(118m *30)
