He just didn’t tolerate wrecklessness with firearms, no matter who had them. He also taught Dad and Grandma (his daughter) how to shoot, Dad said that if it was time to close up the range and there were straglers, he’s watch the two of them skeet shoot.......Grandma would take out the skeets with her rifle, then

And following the self-inflicted injuries, the biker would have been charged with assaulting a police officer.

One of my Great Grand Fathers had a shooting range on his farm he owned when Dad was growing up that he allowed others to come and use, but if you mis-handled your gun(s), he would remove you with force if necessary. Dad said there were a number of times he watched his Granddad grab a yahoo like that and throw him off

I’m up here in Quebec all like:

Truth.

Let’s just address the elephant in the room here: those trikes.

I think if they pulled it straight back the ice on the ground would have ripped off the side mirrors. From the pics I saw the side where the ice impression was left had MUCH more ice build up. I think they were pulling it from the largest icy area.

“The Ridgeline is a practical truck in the most impractical segment of buyers in the nation.”

Man, and I wasted 800 words saying this very thing. Well done!

I will just say it. I have no problem with the new Ridgeline’s capabilities I just think it is ugly. Now that’s just my worthless opinion.

I think it’s very telling that the press, who’s usually ignorant about all things automotive and awed by shiny things, is dubious about Faraday Future.

I mean, I KINDA get what they are saying here. They brought this to CES to talk about the electronics, so why bother asking about car things when they want to show electronics.

The problem is that’s the stupidest thing anyones ever done. You don’t build a computer to show off your excel macros, then get confused when

So FF is going full Silicon Valley? Can’t wait to see how they disrupt

Honestly, I’d say the media needs more people like him. People willing to say, “quit dodging the question to cover your ass, you sound like a moron”, when someone is doing just that. Since when does giving an interview mean that you absolutely must be diplomatic and polite to the subject?

Burns was very reasonable, but when Sampson started giving vague, “look over there” types of answers, Burns got frustrated. It’s understandable for an interviewer to start getting snide when the interviewee just refuses to tell him anything. I mean who brings a car to any show and isn’t prepared to talk about basic

Burns smelled blood in the water and went in for the kill. If he writes for Tech Crunch he is probably used to interviewing total arrogant assholes, so why not be one right back.

How else do you expect to get an answer out of FF. I don’t know if you read the interview with Mate the other day but there wasn’t one single question answered. Just tech marketing fluff about about disruptions and they weren’t an automobile company, they just made automobiles (hopefully).

Sampson: So do we need to show anything?

Sampson [paraphrased]: The car side — we’re just going to be merely better than anybody else. That’s the easy part for a car guy like me. But what do the consumers want? You’re talking to me like a car guy. We’re at the Consumer Electronics Show. Don’t you want to know what the download speed is for this car?

“We are very fast”? Who runs their marketing dept? I’m guessing either a 6 year old or a very non-native English speaker
