This struck me as odd.... if a car kicks up an object at a rate of around 40mph, and the car behind was moving say 60 mph forward, that’s a net collision speed of about 100mph..... a 3# pistol moving at 100 mph would DEFINITELY have enough force to lodge itself in a bumper.

All Australian states got rid of registration labels, instead when you are pulled over the police can tell from your plate if its registered or not. Same thing with parking wardens. When giving you a ticket they can tell by your plate if its registered or not.
