@septentriones: Also regarding OC'ing, I guess it depends on what you mean by minor. Personally I think anything but a stock cooler is the way to go to remove the excess heat.

@septentriones: Its on par with the other top air cooling kits and its like 55 bucks! Definitely worth it.

@JMDR: Send it back and build your own machine!

@septentriones: I *think* win 7 turns off defragmentation by default for ssd's but dont quote meon that. I hear the Cogage Arrow cpu cooler is excellent value for the performance.. Check it out!

What I have always wondered is how the blurring effect in COD4 was made. For example when you aimed down the sight and depending on what you looked at, either the gun blurred out or the target in the distance did.. I played the game with a sapphire x1950pro agp card and surely it did not have any fancy bokeh effects

@An Atheist Jew: I was a huge fan of the the Thief series.. Apparently Eidos Montreal is working on thief 4 but they haven't officially updated anything for over a year :(

@Jack McCauley: I think its been out for about 10 years.. I have several friends who play it.. Its an online free Java-based RPG. I'm not a real rpg kind of guy but it seems like a fairly in depth game...

@Jack McCauley: Although I have never played it, apparently Runescape has this type of feature.. Seems like a good idea!

I sent a 4500 dollar computer to a client via UPS at the beginning of this week.. It had to go about 500 miles, I packed it in the box that the case came in and added some soft material around it. It made it without the box even getting cut open or dented. Not every shipment gets abused!

I thought there was going to be halflife 2 ep3 or halflife 3 info on june 14th.

I remember playing the original NFS (3)hot pursuit on my 1st pc waaay back.. People had created 100's of modified vehicles including a 5000 hp pickup truck that weighed like 15000 lbs.. the result: a truck that could run with the cop cars and smash them without slowing down much!

Thief 4??? Where is it.

@revdrkevind: Man vs. Wild may have some staged shots, but Survivorman is him and him alone. He brings 3 cameras with him, and does it all. He has had several how to shows which have laid it all out.. It's quite impressive.

Now playing

It cant possibly match this quality of this version:

@TrombaMarina: See thats the issue. We use BusinessVision for our actual business software needs. I can use Ubuntu and open office etc.. thats not the problem. But 8 people in our administration office alone use BusinessVision 95% of the day.. I guarantee they wont want to run a windows virtual machine to get at their

It would be nice for smaller businesses to do this also, but unfortunately a lot of business software isn't out there for linux etc. I don't think most places would want to go through the hassle of installing linux and then running a vm with their windows only biz soft.

intel chip and android instead of apple stuffs? I want one!
