And to whom I dismissed, in your reactionary haste, you overlooked that one of the first words in my post was “some”. This is an industry where it’s obvious to everyone both in and outside of it that some of the opportunities available include foregoing integrity and dignity. Anyone who is willing to participate in

Kelleth is one of the worst names I’ve ever heard.

Fuck that, the model should absolutely take some flack for this too. This served several bad purposes: shameless product placement, and thirst (pun-intended) for fame which sits squarely with that pathetic model.

Travis Scott is a parasitic fraud, exhibit #50,846

Lindsay Lohan is also a known moron who rarely says anything coherent but obviously wants to sound intelligent. Just a hunch, but this is just word vomit from Lohan.

I’ll bet $1000 this stays safely in Coppola’s lane of vapid, privileged white people with no real connection to the world around them, treating everyone else like ciphers.

Jezebel opening an article body shaming a man! Standards!

Because someone actually espousing wisdom in a *nationwide* industry (i.e. he doesn’t just espouse wisdom on Texas sports) which is desperate for it can only be appreciated by “Texas fanboys with a big ‘ol crush on him” You are a fucking idiot and please never procreate.

For the record, it’s far from true that “no one” expected this kind of swerve. The Kardashians/Jenners have the integrity of wet cardboard. I’m pretty sure plenty of people knew from the start that this was yet another dubious attempt at marketing by that awful family.

My take: there’s a strong animosity for media among a lot of society at the moment. It creates a lot of petulant responses to moral outcries, stuff like championing R. Kelly after some media outlets have reported on accusations of his various abuses.

Keira Knightly makes a valid and important point about the pressures put on women to try and present a “stiff upper lip” when it’s not appropriate.

John Bolton, the sequel...

Dan Fogelman: You are not Krzysztof Kieslowski (RIP). You will never be considered in the same league as Krzysztof Kieslowski.

This would be a great standup comedy act for open-mic night. Just say that line and walk off stage.

To really drive this point home, in this case, “decorated” = former U.S. Secretary of State (George Shultz). Literally the 2nd most important job in the country. That part of the book was insane!

There’s more evidence beyond words. You could start with the known fact that there are several settlements Harvey Weinstein paid out to women who are peers of his accusers, which contain strong NDA’s.

17 years old is not a child? You’ve got to be fucking kidding me...

Agree 100% with your assessments here, well-put.

Not sure what you’re talking about. I didn’t figure your paragraph I quoted was about contract language. I stated (clearly) that contract language shouldn’t allow for the scenario you described.

I’m talking about contract language, which actually can result in consequences if not met and the aggrieved side wants to pursue action to address that. What you’re describing is just a person’s feelings, which should have no bearing on contract language if it’s written professionally.
