You are apparently missing the whole point of this article. A person can upgrade for very little money every single year, because of the incredibly high resale value of last year's model. The people who do this aren't spending "hundreds of dollars", they're spending under $100, if they're smart about how they sell

Why does it need to be revolutionary?? Why begrudge a company for releasing a new and improved product? People don't lose their shit at car companies every years when the new models are exactly the same as last year's model. But Apple gets vilified because the new model doesn't fly or teleport or something...

Yes; a glorious glorious dream world... :)

All these whiners are pissing and moaning that Apple has lost their innovative touch, and they're not coming out with anything new, and the magic's gone, and blah, blah blah. I don't feel that way, and I'm perfectly okay with incremental upgrades. But you know what I'd really love to see? What would really get people

Monty here isn't too good with numbers, folks. Just smile and nod so his feelings don't get too hurt...

This is the most hardcore hipster mentality I've read all day.

1 year. Apple refreshes their products once per year. (With one or two very rare exceptions.) This is true for most tech companies, and many other industries as well. (Automakers, for example.)

I absolutely use Siri, every single day, multiple time per day. I'd hate going back to not having her. She works great for me, and I find her indispensable. I know others who are the same way. Your implication that not many people use Siri is laughable.

Every generation of iPhone is literally an upgrade, in every sense of the word. Every single model of the iPhone has had a better/faster processor than the model before. They usually have a better camera, and they've often had better screens with higher resolution. In every logical, rational point of view that can be

HP had a smartphone with a fingerprint scanner nearly a decade ago?? Really?

I'm not getting a 5C, and even if I was, I never put cases on my iPhones, but regardless, one of the awesome things about these cases is the contrast in reflectivity between the very-shiny phone, and the very-matte rubber case. Say whatever you want about the color choices, but that stark contrast between the two

Touché...

I'll basically agree with most of what you wrote, with a huge exceptions for

Yawn... Shouldn't you be in school? The principal's gonna call your mom, and she's gonna hafta tromp down all those stairs to yell at you...

I have no interest in 4chan.

Listen, Friend: I accept that you're probably an Android fan, and this other guy's intense nerdrage against Apple endeared him to you somehow, but that doesn't negate the fact that he was being a worldclass dickhead for no reason.

Ah, the profanity-laced insults; nothing completely eliminates one's credibility like calling someone a "cunt". :) (And self-righteous? Are you trying to be ironic?)

^This rage-y, foot-stompin', chest-thumpin' diatribe, brought to you by the guy who claims he's not pissed. :)
