It was a solid first season and I was very interested in seeing where the show was going in season 2. Now I’m worried that season 2 is going to have a completely different tone.

Hey, I was all jazzed for Sherlock Holmes in Faerie, but tempting me with Cthulhu and then “HA HA NO - just a GOT rip-off!” was a crap thing to do. The faerie protagonist ended up a side character.

was it fantastic? no. was it sort of interesting and did I want to see more? yep.

“Mass tragedy today as hundreds of commuters cars in Atlanta suffered catastrophic tire punctures at highway speeds, leading to major pileups with hundreds of casualties and an unknown number of deaths. The cause was identified as thousands of tiny, plastic 4-sided pyramidal objects, strewn across the highway. These

This was just a normal Shadowrun session.

Am I the only person who find the complaint about a lack of innovation to be completely irrelevant? I mean, how many people who are planning to buy Borderlands 3 want it to be anything other than more Borderlands? I know some people are saying “I was burnt out of Borderlands after the first one, part 2 didn’t tickle

I see why you went with the flavor comparisons, but I’d prefer the best of WingStop’s flavors to anything at BWW any day.

Also for those not up on non-nerd pop culture, she is the younger sister of Kim Richards (Escape to Witch Mountain, Return from Witch Mountain, and lots of other stuff in the 1970s).

You’re right. There are some details that will be new in an attempt to freshen up for people who are fans or are familiar with these movies.

I remember being surprised to learn Robert Rodriguez had directed it. I’m generally accustomed to him being thoroughly inept, and this film was quite...ept?

You do realize that the time/episode constraints were self-imposed, right?  Martin wanted to keep it going.  HBO wanted to keep it going.  D&D said no.

Warner Bros should make the first two Christopher Reeves Superman Movies cannon and move forward with Brandon Routh back in the cape...

Two heads are better than one, everybody knows that. I have the best seal ever. It’s so good that it can play golf while working on those internet things. How do you call them again. Putin. I mean puter. Computer like. Bigly ones. Multibasking. While on the green. Best green ever. Besides. Two heads. like. It’s like

You should have pointed out the obvious. Obama played many public courses in the area, as well as various courses around the country, and as such the money spent on his golf outings fed local economies.

I had fun watching it. But I think I might be the only person who throughly enjoyed Predators. I kinda wish there was a sequel comic book or something.

I’m not sure that would’ve made The Predator any better, honestly.

Theres nothing wrong with series being like an 8 hour movie, infact the best of TV has been heavily serialised for the past decade. It sounds like your criticism isn’t the serialisation but the pacing, which is a common issue with Netflix shows.

I’m avoiding watching these debates because I’m depressed enough as it is.

Killing kids in the neverworld today
takes everything you got
taking a break from all your worries
it sure would help a lot
wouldn’t you like to float away?
Sometimes you wanna go
Where everybody screams your name
and they’re haunted that you came
you wanna be where you can see
the sewers are all the same
you wanna be

I was extremely excited... until they said it was multiplayer and a live service game. Then my interest in the game completely tanked. I wanted Spider-Man, but featuring the Avengers. Not “The Avengers, but played by my dumbass friends who won’t stop making fart noises and Stan Lee quotes during a serious cutscene.”
