Let's face facts. It's not likely a Neuromancer movie will ever actually get made (along with the likes of Rama, a new Dune, etc.), and maybe that's for the best.

Well, overstauration and yearly versions are certainly a problem (*cough* Madden *cough*) for these franchises, but I love how the "official" reason is "the competitive window" in which UFC Undisputed 2010 was released for its failure to "capture the broader gaming population."

Just one more week and I can finally stop hearing about this damn movie. The hype has killed any interest I might had had in seeing it. It'll be just like Kick-Ass, mega levels of hype leading up to, then does middling box office and fades away.
