Funnily enough I had no problem with him. But then, I like Omochao, so there's likely something really wrong with me.

DRUSILLA! I just got through rewatching both Buffy and Angel and I'm so glad I won't have to watch her awkwardly-acted weirdness again for a long time. Super annoying.

I liked her too. I felt sorry for her when she found out she "wasn't real". I get why people found her annoying, but she never bothered me (full disclosure: I had a crush on her back when the show first aired, though). Also, it was sort of the point that she was annoying, though maybe they should have moved past that

"I feel a strange [penis] coming from this boy..."

Or the upgraded version of this state as seen in 2.0!

Yep, that's exactly my issues with The Art of Avatar. Should've been a softcover with that page count. There was also "Avatar: An Activist's Survival Guide" and "The Making of Avatar", but again, no early creature designs. At least the Survival Guide features beasties not seen in the film (I guess they were in the

An art book seems to accompany the release of most big SF/Fantasy films these days. I've been disappointed with some (Avatar, Prometheus) but really pleased with others (King Kong, District 9, Pacific Rim). This one looks pretty good so far, with the art looking like a happy medium between traditional and digital work

We call cookies and crackers "biscuits" in Australia and New Zealand, too. It's a general term - certain types of biscuits will still say things like "Home style cookies" or "Water crackers".

Koalas are super cute, huh? Take a closer look at their wall-eyed, slit-pupilled gaze and tell me it's not creepy.

But... but - splinters.

One of my all time fave lol-vids. It's almost like the song was written with the foreknowledge that it would be altered this way. Also, those poor spiders.

No actual freezing involved, but still.

Sorry Angrier Geek, replied to you by mistake. Edited.

My online travelings of the past make me think I'm probably in a minority here, but I freakin' love Kingdom Hospital. I've watched it right through more than any other TV series (pretty easy at only 13 eps), and like it more than Riget (though I saw KH first and you usually like the version you experience first the

Hahaha, ol' Mully and Sculder! But holy shit, I forgot that it ended with that straight-up dedication to Chris Carter. It wasn't just Penders that loved shoehorning in references to other franchises (just mostly Penders) - I remember seeing things like the Enterprise and Slave 1 in the background a fair bit. I guess

If it were to appear on Agents of Shield then I'm sure that would indeed be the final look, going by Deathlok's appearance.

I really wished that someone had marketed "I survived Endless 8" T-shirts. I would have donned that every day for months after finishing E∞ - let everyone know I was a survivor. I made it through.

But oh God, poor Yuki. We only knew the tiniest fraction of the eternity that she had to endure the time loop for. But it
