Not sure if this concept has it, but the latest S-class Mercedes does just that: it steers the beam around other vehicles.

Ever had one of these friends or acquaintances who "don't get hangovers" no matter how much they drink? These people are totally full of shit, right?
Anyone know of deals on AirPlay speakers (or other Wifi streaming music speakers)? I missed out on the $50 Pioneer A1 and am kicking myself.
What about extra uprights? So you have the 3 point arrow slit in the center, then either one or two additional lanes on either side that are worth 1 or 2 points (Imagine a fork, or some sort of... wider fork!). Or the kicker has to call which set he's going to put it through for it to count, left, right, or center.
Re: Live crustaceans in tanks:
Pablo, what the hell is up with your ears? Are you possibly a bat, or a dog? The common household hairdryer makes glorious white noise to most humans. It's soothing! It drowns out other, harsher noises, like the rumble of garbage trucks, or the clanging and clicking someone cooking you breakfast, or the sobs of your…
If you pay more than $30 for a mount, you're doing it wrong. I've used Monoprice mounts for years, with no problems. Right now I'm hanging a 60" Panasonic plasma with this: http://www.monoprice.com/products/produ…
That one has been up for about 9 months, no issues. My ex still has her TV mounted with another Monoprice…
Just with more semen.
Anecdote: The vast majority of taxicabs, Ubers, UberXs, and even company shuttles (Priuses) I've gotten in have had the front passenger seat slid all the way forward, thereby giving you a ton of room. It's especially awesome when the cars have the fold-down arm-rest in back. I'm 6' 2", with plenty of leg.
So the locals ride shotgun? I'd be interested in reading about that, do you have any links or articles?
We just got Lyft up here in Seattle, and it gives me the heebie jeebies. It's those pink moustaches.
From what I've read of Lyft vs. UberX, it is very much a different thing, with Lyft using their "quirky" drivers and the fact it's the driver's personal car as a selling point. UberX has been marketed from the beginning…
That is very interesting! I'm in Seattle, and using Android, I wonder if it's location and/or device specific? I'll have to email Jen the community rep and ask her about that.
Yea, totally his office. He's in there for hours at a time, and does all his work from it. I guess I just can't wrap my head around the idea that if you're taking a ride in a hired car/shuttle vehicle/taxi cab you wouldn't naturally sit in the back. Like, there's tons of social and media cues towards that behavior,…
Some background for you, Matt, since it sounds like you've only done this once, and never taken a Uber Black car.
Regarding getting in the front seat... what? Why would you think that? I'm honestly curious why you feel that seems "a bit strange..." as you say. Do you get in the front seat of a taxi? No, not unless…
I've built a drone that doesn't need to be controlled by me, instead relying on GPS and inertial sensors to fly a preplanned route, with some basic obstacle avoidance.
Just because a shoe is dark doesn't suddenly confer an innate water-proofing. Additionally, a white haze would look out of place on any color other than white or gray even if it isn't dark.
Notice how the majority of textiles they spray with this stuff are white? I'm pretty sure this isn't 100% transparent (At least the initial proof-of-concept stuff wasn't) and leaves a whitish haze on whatever you spray down. You can sort of see the effect in the cardboard box they spray. Fair warning!
The 60w equivalent Cree LED bulbs that Home Depot sells are fantastic. I have one of the "daylight" color ones in my bedroom to help wake up. When one of the incandescant downlights burned out in the main hallway, I replaced it with a Philips 60w equivalent flood. I'm not quite as impressed with it: The color…
You and the supposed witness are talking about the same thing. He calls them rails, not railings. Raphael misconstrued what the witness wrote as well.
First real notable thing that happened to me on the internet was running into a star, in his pre-fame days.
