No, I’m in region one, but everything I read said the English dub release was pushed back indefinitely because Anno hated it.

3.0 got a one-night theatrical release of the English dub years ago. Apparently it was so atrocious that Anno took it back to the recording studio. No one’s heard from it since. I’m not sure that there’s been a domestic US release of the subbed version.

I’m still waiting on the goddamned English dub of 3.33!
