Me too! Moore used the character well.

League of Extraordinary Gentlemen - Century 2009
Harry Potter has already been in a comic book. Just ask Alan Moore.

I do exactly this too. Means you can surprise people still by getting them something they probably forgot they wanted.
It’s not taboo. You’ve entirely missed the point of gift giving. We don’t ask people what they want because it ruins the surprise. It’s a very functional reason.
We all got it. It doesn’t make it any less stupid.
I haven’t watched the show but enjoyed the book and the more I hear, the less I think this is an adaptation at all. Alternate universes? What?
Only because of the loading.
Ranting in an article on gizmodo about someone ranting on Twitter. oh, the irony.
Same here. I got all excited for nothing.
Or, you know, ask the person who picked themselves to pick again. Saves this two deck of cards for each person nonsense. Way to over complicate the solution
With the release of ditto, I’m on 146/146. Couldn’t give two hoots about the second gen that have been ‘coming soon’ (that’s not from any Niantic announcement btw) for months.
The usual Netflix pacing problems definitely apply but I loved the last episode. That’s the good thing about black mirror though - if you don’t like a particular episode or style, you’ll be on to a completely different story soon enough.
I’m right there with you Matt. There’s nothing presented in the show aside from editing that implies two different timelines. It’s not in the text (yet).
Expected an article on why I should leave iCloud. instead, you convinced me you don’t know how to work things. The fact you refer to a convoluted process when the solution is to right click is everything.
Wondered if this old tired response would be trotted out in the replies. You know the S6 wasn’t the first waterproof thing either right? The key thing to remember here is that the S6 isn’t a waterproof iPhone. The iPhone 7 is the first waterproof iPhone. That means it’s a lot of people’s first taste of a waterproof…
Ooooo. I like that idea. It’s simple and actually explains the communing with dead souls bit well.
No. it’s the kids who are out of touch.
Yeah, sorry. I read back!
