And you've just decided this, have you?

Should have ended it at "Period."

What elexusd said. I just posted something which was basically the same.

You feel that way, but I'm sorry to say that you're incorrect. Artists have been using art as a means to take our their aggression or passion for centuries. Video games as an art form as the only ones with the ability to allow the person experiencing the art to do the same.

Weirdly enough, reading these comments, I'm actually really proud of Kotaku.

Someone needs to take a screenshot on their smartphone.

Well said.

Uhhh because that would probably constitute a monopoly and would be illegal?

Yeah in my mind that was sort of because of that whole "Humans are like stray puppies" mentality he revealed himself to have at the end.

skyrim shall be executed

Debatable. This is similar to the way that people say that racism can only be done by people in power. It's debatable. It's a thing for social justice aficionados to debate endlessly. The word itself means hatred or dislike of females. Females can engage in misogynistic acts just as well as men can.

Because having someone that looks like me in a position of power does not put me in a position of power. It's really that simple. They don't have MY interests at heart, they have their own. That MAY intersect with mine, but it's not a guarantee.

It's actually still misogyny because from what I've seen, when the male idols fall off the wagon in any way, it's the FEMALES they fell off the wagon with that are punished for it.

"Society" is not made up of men in positions of power. Perhaps these things all began with men, but it is not these men in power reinforcing the color pink as feminine, just as you would not say that it is the men in power reinforcing the color blue as masculine.

Faked how, exactly? Just curious. Digital manipulation, or staged? Because if staged, it would still be sort of impressive.

Eek. Gamer faux pas. POINT STILL STANDS.

I swear the air in my room felt cleaner all of a sudden.

It was one of the huge grim reaper-esque demons. People seem to love looking at Vergil through rose colored glasses. He's a nihilist who believes in power more than anything. His honor extends to those more powerful than he. I don't recall there being any moment in the series when he showed compassion or restraint

To all the people saying "WE NEVER ASKED FOR A REBOOT!" Here's the thing; who asked for Bayonetta? Who went to Capcom's head office, sat down with the boss and said "We need a game with a woman who uses guns like blades"? I don't think anyone did.

The style meter has never really done much except give you more souls to spend on upgrades. And are you sure? I don't understand the people that say this about button mashing, since I played the demo on SoS mode and I died a fair number of times.
